Sales Executive – Premium & Luxury Segment
Experience
3+ years of relevant sales experience
Experience in premium interiors, luxury products, building materials, furniture, sanitaryware, surfaces, tiles, stones, real estate or related industries will be an advantage.
Compensation
What You Will Be Selling
Our portfolio includes premium imported products for high-end interior and architectural projects, including:
- Premium imported tiles
- Natural & luxury stones
- Designer surfaces
- Luxury furniture
- Other premium interior and architectural products
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and professionally engage showroom visitors and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements, design preferences, project needs and budgets.
- Present and recommend suitable premium products based on customer requirements.
- Explain product features, applications, quality and design possibilities.
- Generate and follow up on sales enquiries.
- Build strong relationships with customers and project stakeholders.
- Follow up with clients from enquiry to order confirmation.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors and project teams.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the relevant internal departments.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update enquiry and sales records.
- Develop long-term relationships with premium clients and professional networks.
- Stay updated on new collections, product specifications, designs and market trends.
- Ensure a premium and professional customer experience throughout the sales process.
