Role & responsibilities
· Counsel patients on diagnosis, treatment options, and surgical procedures.
· Explain pre- and post-operative care and obtain informed consent.
· Support patients emotionally and address their concerns.
· Coordinate appointments and follow-up visits as needed.
· Tele Calling and maintaining report for the same and ensure confidentiality.
· Explain the tariff of the concern procedures / investigations to patients in detail
· Minimum years of experience in a healthcare or counselling role (eye care preferred)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Empathy, patience, and ability to handle sensitive information.
Pay: From ₹200,000.00 per year
