Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth across our Real Estate and Construction verticals. The ideal candidate should have experience in client acquisition, lead generation, relationship management, and business development, with a strong understanding of the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Real Estate and Construction sectors.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, channel partners, and industry contacts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, builders, architects, consultants, contractors, investors, and corporate clients.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve business development targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- MBA in Marketing or Business Management will be an added advantage.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition within the Real Estate or Construction industry.
- Proven ability to generate business and build long-term client relationships.
- Strong network with developers, builders, architects, consultants, channel partners, and corporate clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in real estate developers, construction companies, infrastructure firms, or project sales will be preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
