About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment function. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring processes in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and campus channels
- Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate status
- Draft and post job advertisements across relevant platforms
- Support candidate communication, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination
- Assist with campus hiring drives and coordination with placement cells
- Prepare recruitment trackers and hiring status reports
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/PG in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines
- Prior internship or coursework in HR/recruitment is a plus
