Job Title: Prefab Porta Cabin Manager / Supervisor

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Prefab Porta Cabin Manager/ Supervisor to oversee the planning, fabrication, transportation, installation, and commissioning of prefabricated portable cabins. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute prefab porta cabin projects from start to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, fabricators, and installation teams.
- Supervise fabrication activities and ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor daily site activities, manpower, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate transportation, unloading, lifting, and installation of portable cabins.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against milestones.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety (EHS) regulations and company policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Manage project budgets, material consumption, and cost control.
- Resolve site issues and coordinate with engineering and design teams.
- Handle client meetings, inspections, and project handovers.
- Ensure proper documentation, measurement sheets, and billing support.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in prefab structures, porta cabins, PEB, modular buildings, or construction projects.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of prefab/modular construction techniques.
- Ability to read engineering and fabrication drawings.
- Strong project planning and site management skills.
- Knowledge of structural fabrication and installation.
- Familiarity with MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Excel.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in porta cabins, site offices, security cabins, portable toilets, container conversions, or modular infrastructure.
- Knowledge of civil foundations, electrical, plumbing, and interior finishing.
- Experience handling government or corporate infrastructure projects.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
