Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and versatile Videographer cum Video Editor to handle end-to-end video production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shooting high-quality video content and editing raw footage into polished, engaging videos for social media, YouTube, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Videography & Camera Handling (On-Set / Production)
- Plan, shoot, and capture high-quality video footage for YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, promotional campaigns, and brand shoots.
- Set up and operate camera equipment, lighting, and audio gear (microphones, lapels).
- Determine appropriate camera angles, framing, lighting, and composition for optimal visual appeal.
- Coordinate on-field or studio shoots, managing equipment maintenance and technical setups.
2. Video Editing & Post-Production
- Assemble, trim, and edit raw footage into cohesive, high-impact final videos.
- Add seamless transitions, dynamic text animations, captions, color grading, and sound effects (SFX).
- Sync multi-cam footage and optimize background audio, music, and voiceovers.
- Format and export videos tailored to platform specs (16:9 for YouTube, 9:16 for Reels/Shorts/TikTok).
3. Concept & Project Execution
- Brainstorm creative concepts, shot lists, and storyboards in collaboration with the marketing/creative team.
- Stay updated with social media video trends, audio hooks, and modern editing styles.
- Organize raw assets, maintain proper project file backups, and deliver completed projects within deadlines.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Technical Software: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro (knowledge of mobile tools like CapCut is a plus).
- Hardware Expertise: Hands-on experience operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, studio lighting, and audio equipment.
- Creative Eye: Strong visual storytelling skills, understanding of framing, lighting, motion graphics, and audio pacing.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
