Job Role - GET & Supervisor (Assembly)
Industry - HVAC & AHU
Salary - 3.6 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers.
- Ensure Production schedules are met. And products are Manufactured to required quality standards.
- Monitor workflow and adjust resources as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Enforce health and safety regulations on the production floor.
- Identify and implement process improvement for increased efficiency and reduced waste.
- Ensure proper use of manpower and equipment, reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
- Maintain the daily production report floor wise.
- Maintain the 5S on the shopfloor.
Key Skills/Abilities
- Looking day to day production activity
- Handling the Fitter’s & Manpower
- Monitoring the worker and daily activities on Assembly floor.
