Job Title: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive – Western Mumbai

Role Overview:
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales Executive to handle and grow our salon and spa business in Western Mumbai & one in Thane Downtown. The candidate will be responsible for visiting salons, generating new business, maintaining existing client relationships, taking repeat orders, and promoting Anita’s Aromatics professional products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sales and business development in Western Mumbai salons and spas.
- Visit existing clients regularly and ensure repeat orders.
- Generate new salon leads through market visits, references, Instagram, and local research.
- Introduce and explain our range of facials, mani-pedi kits, body spa products, medi-facials, and professional skincare products.
- Arrange demos or training with the trainer whenever required.
- Follow up with clients for orders, payments, feedback, and new product launches.
- Maintain daily visit reports, client feedback, and follow-up updates in CRM/WhatsApp as per company process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and work towards territory growth.
- Build strong relationships with salon owners, managers, purchase teams, and therapists.
- Coordinate internally with sales coordinator, trainer, dispatch, and accounts team for smooth order execution.
Ideal Candidate:
- 1–4 years of sales experience, preferably in salon, beauty, cosmetics, skincare, FMCG, wellness, or professional products.
- Good knowledge of Western Mumbai salon market will be an advantage.
- Confident in field sales and comfortable with daily client visits.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and preferably Marathi.
- Presentable, disciplined, and target-driven.
- Should be able to independently handle a territory and grow sales.
- Must be comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and CRM/mobile reporting apps.
Preferred Experience:
Candidates with experience selling to salons, spas, beauty parlours, dermatology clinics, or professional beauty distributors will be preferred.
Working Style Required:
This is a field sales role. The candidate should be proactive, good at follow-ups, relationship building, and converting leads into regular buying clients.
Salary:
As per experience + incentives.
