Job Description:
Overall handling of plant operations and production activities
Manage production planning, dispatch, store, quality & maintenance departments
Ensure smooth daily operations with maximum productivity
Monitor manpower handling and team management
Maintain production targets, quality standards & safety norms
Coordinate with purchase, sales and management team
Reduce production losses and improve efficiency
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies
Prepare daily/monthly production and operational reports
Required Skills:
Strong leadership & decision-making skills
Good knowledge of manufacturing operations
Team handling experience required
Problem-solving and production planning knowledge
Excellent communication & coordination skills
Experience:
10–15 Years experience in Food Industry or FMCG Manufacturing Industry preferred
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
