Job Summary
The PPC Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and managing paid digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in Ayurveda, and possess a strong understanding of lead generation, campaign optimization, and ROI-driven marketing strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesPPC Campaign Management
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube).
- Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to improve ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Manage bidding strategies and campaign budgets effectively.
Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
- Generate qualified leads for consultations, therapies, and treatment programs.
- Optimize Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Track and improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with sales and patient relationship teams for lead closure analysis.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights for campaign improvements.
- Track key marketing metrics and conversion funnels.
Content & Landing Page Coordination
- Collaborate with content, design, and website teams for ad creatives and landing pages.
- Ensure ad copies comply with healthcare and Ayurveda advertising guidelines.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
SEO & Digital Marketing Support
- Support SEO and organic marketing initiatives.
- Monitor competitor digital activities and industry trends.
- Suggest innovative digital marketing strategies to improve online presence.
Compliance & Brand Management
- Ensure all advertisements comply with healthcare advertising policies.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital campaigns.
- Follow ethical marketing practices related to Ayurveda treatments and services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Ayurveda (BAMS), or related field.
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Digital Marketing preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in PPC/Performance Marketing.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, Ayurveda, or hospital marketing preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
