Key Responsibilities: -
1. Manage large-value clients with an average ticket size of ₹50 lakhs and exposure of up to ₹1 crore for select clients.
2. Oversee a portfolio size exceeding ₹50+ crores, with a minimum customer base of 40 active clients.
3. Ensure onboarding of an average of 3+ New-to-Bank (NTB) clients per month.
4. Willingness to travel for 7–10 days per month, depending on location and business requirements.
5. Deliver month on month targets on Supply Chain business
6. Leads would be provided by Supply Chain team
7. Adept at acquiring and onboarding dealers/vendors recommended by SCF Approved Anchors
8. Ensuring maximum penetration in the existing business portfolio and customer satisfaction.
9. Portfolio management and collections of the client base managed
10. Liaison with various teams to provide query resolution to customers within stipulated TAT.
11. Servicing existing clients by weekly/monthly meeting ensuring maximum penetration to fulfill business requirements.
12. Cross sell of other HFCL products as part of deepening client relationship
