Job Description:
We are hiring a dynamic Tele calling Sales Executive / UG–PG Counsellor for our Patan location. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective students, counselling them for UG and PG courses, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to students and parents
- Counsel students for UG and PG programs
- Explain course details, eligibility, and admission process
- Follow up with interested candidates and close admissions
- Maintain call records and student data
- Achieve assigned calling and sales targets
Required Skills & Language:
- Gujarati language is mandatory (speaking, reading, and understanding)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Sales and target-oriented approach
- Ability to handle students and parents confidently
Eligibility:
- Freshers to 5 years of experience in tele calling, sales, or education counselling
- Graduation preferred but not mandatory.
