Job Summary
Handle Tally accounting, TDS/GST filing, expense reports, and Pvt Ltd compliance. Fast-paced role supporting our property business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping in Tally ERP (invoicing, payments, ledgers).
- File TDS returns quarterly; handle GST filings & reconciliations.
- Prepare expense reports, petty cash tracking, vendor payments, and make vouchers
- Assist with bank reconciliations, payroll basics, and Pvt Ltd statutory filings (e.g., ROC updates).
- Generate financial reports; support audits.
- Other ad-hoc tasks like property rent tracking and compliance checks.
Requirements
- 1+ years in Tally; proficient in TDS/GST filing (knowledge of Indian tax laws).
- B.Com or equivalent; familiarity with Pvt Ltd accounts.
- Basic MS Excel for reports.
- Mumbai-based; office work (Andheri area) 6 days/week.
- Honest, detail-oriented; Hindi/English communication.
