Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR to support the complete employee lifecycle. The role involves talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, statutory compliance, performance management support, and maintaining employee records across the Group's business verticals.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and operational roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, and campus hiring.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters and manage salary negotiations.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction.
- Maintain employee documentation and personnel files.
- Process confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Conduct exit interviews and maintain attrition records.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee database and HRMS.
- Prepare employment letters, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Track attendance, leave, probation, and employee records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance team.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs.
- Support internal communication across the Group.
- Foster a positive employee experience.
Performance Management
- Coordinate appraisal cycles and KPI tracking.
- Maintain performance documentation.
- Support managers in implementing performance improvement plans.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Coordinate statutory documentation (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.) with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Learning & Development
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Track training attendance and effectiveness.
- Maintain training records.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare monthly HR dashboards and MIS.
- Monitor recruitment, attrition, manpower, and attendance metrics.
- Generate reports for management review.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in hospitality, manufacturing, retail, or corporate environments will be an advantage.
