- Sales Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Showroom Operations: Oversee daily activities, including opening/closing procedures, showroom cleanliness, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional service standards, handle escalated complaints personally, and build long-term relationships with key clients.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure products are displayed effectively to optimize sales.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement local marketing and promotional activities to increase footfall and conversion rates.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track performance metrics, analyse sales data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
