We are urgently hiring an HR Executive who will be responsible for supporting and managing various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, training, performance management, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. The role ensures smooth HR operations and contributes to employee engagement and organizational growth.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and concerns.
- Maintain positive employee-employer relationships.
- Support conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
- Organize employee engagement activities and events.
HR Administration
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Update and manage attendance and leave records.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Payroll & Benefits
- Coordinate payroll processing and salary administration.
- Monitor employee benefits, insurance, and statutory compliance.
- Assist with compensation and benefits programs.
Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal processes.
- Track employee goals and performance reviews.
- Assist managers with performance improvement plans.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs.
- Coordinate learning and development programs.
- Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.
Compliance
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Assist with audits and compliance reporting.
- Keep HR policies updated according to legal requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRMS systems.
