Description:
The Team Lead – Website Selling Process oversees a team responsible for selling website development, web marketing services, and digital solutions to US-based prospects. The role involves managing sales performance, ensuring call quality, driving conversions, maintaining process discipline, and leading the team independently during night hours. Strong communication skills, leadership capability, and sales expertise are essential.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Supervision
- Lead, guide, and manage a team of sales executives in the website-selling process.
- Monitor shift discipline, attendance, and adherence to break schedules.
- Conduct daily team briefings, motivate team members, and ensure a productive environment.
Sales & Performance Management
- Drive the team to achieve individual and team sales targets for the US market.
- Monitor daily call activity, sales pitches, follow-ups, and closing ratios.
- Review performance metrics (conversion rate, talk time, lead quality, revenue).
- Provide real-time support and help team members close sales when needed.
Quality & Process Compliance
- Ensure the quality of calls, pitches, product explanations, and sales behavior.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to increase sales efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company sales guidelines and ethical selling practices.
Work Environment
- Night Shift / US Shift (fixed).
- Must be comfortable working independently and handling a team.
Salary : As per Industy standard
