Position Overview:
As a Customer Onboarding Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful deployment of our products and solutions for clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand client requirements, and ensure seamless integration and implementation of our technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibility:
You need to provide technical guidance/training and customerservice for our clients.
You will learn quickly and adapt to changes. You will maintain a high sense of urgency while staying cool under pressure.
Coordinate with Business Analyst or Engineering team forsolution development.
Handling integration of proposed solutions with the existing hardware setup, legacy systems, and third-party applications.
Flexible travel as perthe project requirement.
Should have good command on network protocols (BGP, MPLS,OSPF, SNMP, SMTP etc..) and troubleshooting techniques.
Excellentwritten and verbal English communication skills.
Drive the implementation activity as perthe agreed timeline and budget.
Build rapport with clients.
Interface withNetwork Implementation and Engineering as necessary to support ongoing.
Network activities.
ProductInstallations and configuration (Onsite or Remotely)
ConductProduct Training to client
Providing proper handover tosupportteam forsmooth operations.
Publishweekly projectstatus to internal and externalstakeholders.
Requirements:
Soundknowledge about SNMP, TRAP, and networking protocols.
Linux Certification.
Hands-onmiddleware, web server, database,router, and switch will be an added advantage.
You should be able to understand customer requirements and translate the same in solutions.
Should have experience inapplication deploymentin Linux servers with WEB andDatabase.
Application set up with defaultdata configuration.
Linux,Windows, and networking knowledge along withweb server and database.
Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills.
Sound in client coordination and presentation.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated IT work.
Quick problem-solving ability.
Understand client’srequirements & their current processes.
DriveUser Acceptance Test(UAT) with client and getsign-off done for project closure.
Good to have Skillset:
Hands-on experience on Linux servers,Windows andNetworking is amust.
