As we expand our global footprint, we are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to drive demand generation and build a strong sales pipeline across international markets.
Role Overview
The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers across the US, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions. This role requires expertise in outbound prospecting, market research, account-based targeting, and appointment setting for technology products and services.
The ideal candidate has a hunter mindset, strong business acumen, and proven success generating qualified opportunities for SaaS, software, cybersecurity, AI, data, or technology consulting organizations.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation and Prospecting
- Generate qualified sales leads and opportunities across US, Europe, and APAC markets
- Research target organizations, buying centers, and key decision-makers
- Build and maintain high-quality prospect databases and account lists
- Execute outbound lead generation campaigns through LinkedIn outreach, email marketing campaigns, cold prospecting, industry directories and databases, and sales intelligence platforms
Target Market Development
Identify and engage prospects within:
- Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)
- Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
- Cybersecurity
- Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Data Engineering and Analytics
- Digital Transformation
- Technology Consulting Services
Lead Qualification and Pipeline Development
- Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, authority, timeline, and fit
- Schedule meetings and discovery calls for sales leadership
- Nurture prospects through the early stages of the sales funnel
- Support Account-Based Marketing initiatives and strategic outbound campaigns
CRM and Reporting
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity records within CRM platforms
- Track outreach effectiveness and campaign performance
- Provide regular reporting on lead generation metrics, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates
Required Skills and QualificationsMust Have
- 4–8 years of B2B lead generation, demand generation, or sales development experience
- Proven experience targeting international markets including United States, Europe, and Asia Pacific
- Experience generating leads for SaaS products, software solutions, IT services, and technology consulting
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn prospecting and outbound engagement
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools
- Strong research, analytical, and account mapping skills
Preferred
- Exposure to GRC, TPRM, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Compliance, AI, or Data Analytics solutions
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, HubSpot, Zoho CRM
- Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing methodologies
