Job Summary
VIP Academy is looking for an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Trainer to deliver industry-oriented training to students, fresh graduates, and working professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong practical expertise in Digital Marketing and be capable of mentoring students through live projects, case studies, and hands-on assignments. Common requirements for similar roles include training on SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Analytics, and current digital marketing tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training in Digital Marketing.
- Train students on
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- Google Ads & PPC Campaigns
- Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Content Marketing
- Email Marketing
- Google Analytics & Search Console
- Affiliate Marketing
- Influencer Marketing
- AI Tools for Digital Marketing
- WordPress Website Development
- Develop training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct live projects, case studies, and practical workshops.
- Monitor student progress and provide mentoring and career guidance.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
- Support placement activities by preparing students for interviews and certifications.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Content Marketing, and Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics
- Meta Ads Manager
- Canva
- WordPress
- SEO Tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of Digital Marketing experience.
- Prior training or teaching experience preferred.
- Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, or other Digital Marketing certifications are an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,056.68 - ₹41,035.32 per month
