About the Role
We are looking for a talented and imaginative Illustration Designer with 2+ years of professional experience to bring ideas, stories, and brands to life through compelling visual design.
The ideal candidate has strong expertise in character design, illustration, AI-assisted creative workflows, storyboarding, and branding, with a passion for visual storytelling and experimentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create original illustrations, characters, visual concepts, and creative assets.
- Develop expressive and memorable character designs with strong visual personalities.
- Create storyboards and visual narratives for campaigns, animations, presentations, and storytelling projects.
- Translate creative briefs and ideas into engaging visual solutions.
- Use AI tools and generative AI workflows for ideation, concept development, references, and creative production.
- Develop illustrations that align with brand identity, tone, and visual language.
- Create visual assets for branding, social media, marketing campaigns, digital content, and presentations.
- Collaborate with art directors, designers, writers, marketing teams, and other creative professionals.
- Explore new illustration styles, techniques, and emerging creative technologies.
- Maintain consistency, quality, and attention to detail across deliverables.
- Present concepts and confidently incorporate creative feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in illustration, visual design, or a related creative field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating illustration and character design.
- Strong understanding of storyboarding and visual storytelling.
- Good knowledge of composition, perspective, color theory, lighting, and visual narrative.
- Experience with branding and developing visuals that follow brand guidelines.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, Figma, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative and image-generation tools.
- Strong conceptual and creative thinking.
- Ability to adapt to different visual styles and brand aesthetics.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
