As a Deployment Manager, you will own the end-to-end deployment lifecycle of our robotic systems across customer sites.
From planning execution stabilization, you will ensure that every deployment goes live on time, on spec, and production-ready.
This role blends field operations, technical expertise, and team leadership.

Own complete lifecycle of deployments across multiple customer sites

Plan and execute installation, integration, and commissioning of robotic systems

Ensure readiness for go-live including hardware, software, and operational workflows

Create detailed deployment plans, timelines, and resource allocation

Manage multiple parallel deployments with clear prioritization

Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies

Lead and manage onsite deployment teams (engineers, technicians, vendors)

Oversee installation, electrical/mechanical setup, and system configuration

Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and operational standards

Act as the primary point of contact during deployment

Coordinate with customer teams for site readiness, integration, and handover

Manage expectations, escalations, and communication throughout deployment

Supervise hardware assembly, electrical wiring, and system integration

Ensure smooth software setup including networking, system configuration, and testing

Troubleshoot complex issues across hardware + software + networking layers

Drive system validation and performance checks post go-live

Ensure smooth transition to operations/support teams

Capture learnings and improve future deployment playbooks

Build standardized deployment SOPs, checklists, and best practices

Continuously improve deployment speed, quality, and scalability

Create reusable frameworks for rapid rollout across sites

5–10 years of experience in deployment, field engineering, or implementation roles

2+ years of experience in leading onsite teams or projects

Strong understanding of mechanical assemblies, electrical systems, and electronics

Experience in system installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting

Strong project management and stakeholder handling skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving ability

Willingness to travel extensively for deployments

Experience in robotics, automation, logistics, or warehouse systems

Knowledge of Networking, Linux, or ROS (Robot Operating System)
