Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive quality leads and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display & Performance campaigns).
- Generate high-quality leads through paid and organic marketing strategies.
- Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
- Optimize ad budgets to maximize ROI and reduce cost per lead.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing content.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Lead Generation & SEO.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console is an added advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
