Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Motion Graphics Designer with strong expertise in Adobe After Effects to create high-quality animations, visual assets, and motion content for digital, social media, corporate films, and brand communication. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and able to translate concepts into engaging motion visuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics, explainer videos, logo animations, and digital ads.
- Develop storyboards, style frames, and animatics to visualize concepts.
- Work with creative teams to understand project requirements and transform ideas into motion.
- Animate text, graphics, icons, illustrations, and visual elements using After Effects.
- Integrate audio, voiceovers, and sound effects into animations.
- Apply animation principles like timing, easing, and transitions to deliver smooth motion.
- Edit and refine videos using Premiere Pro, as needed.
- Maintain organized project files, compositions, and versions.
- Deliver within deadlines while ensuring style, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Stay updated on the latest motion design trends, plugins, and tools.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro (mandatory).
- Working proficiency of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.
- Understanding of animation principles and motion design fundamentals.
- Experience in creating typography animation, transitions, and visual effects.
- Ability to develop storyboards and conceptual visual flow.
- Good sense of design, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to take feedback constructively.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
Educational Qualification
- Degree/Diploma in Animation, Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field.
