Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process (Inbound)
- Experience in International BPO is mandatory
- Prior experience in B2C customer support/sales processes preferred

- Good customer handling skills
- Familiarity with MS Office and internet applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-centric environment
