Job Description:
We are hiring a back office assistant to handle government documentation, field coordination, and back office operations. This role involves regular visits to government offices, follow-ups on official work, and maintaining company records and documents.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage courier tracking and official document dispatch
· Handle DIC subsidy documentation and application process
· Coordinate with electricity department, pollution office, and other government authorities
· Handle land tax payments and land registry-related work
· Maintain and organize company, employee, and vehicle documents
· Support bank-related tasks and official visits
· Ensure proper record keeping in shared sheets and digital files
· Handle online and offline challan payments
· Assist in general back office and administrative work
Requirements:
· Graduate in any stream
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email
· Willingness to travel locally for government and bank-related work
· Good communication and coordination skills
· 1–3 years' experience in admin, back office, or government liaison work preferred
