Job Title: Senior Shipping & Dispatch

Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Senior Shipping Executive to handle dispatch operations, perform final quality checks, and coordinate with shipping vendors. This role is critical as it is the last checkpoint before products reach customers, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform final quality check (QC) on all frames before dispatch
- Verify model, color, size, engraving, and finish
- Ensure no defects, scratches, or mismatches
- Manage end-to-end dispatch process
- Pack CX orders, B2B shipments, and store transfers
- Ensure correct labeling, barcoding, and documentation
- Coordinate with shipping vendors/courier partners (e.g., Bluedart, etc.)
- Schedule pickups and track shipments
- Resolve delivery issues and delays independently
- Maintain dispatch records and tracking details
- Update shipment status in system/Excel/Shopify
- Share updates with internal teams when required
- Ensure zero errors in dispatch
- No wrong product sent to wrong customer/store
- Double-check before sealing every package
- Coordinate with production, QC, and customer support teams for priority orders
- Maintain clean and organized dispatch area (5S)
- Handle returns, re-dispatch, and damaged shipments
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in shipping, dispatch, or warehouse operations
- Strong attention to detail (very important for QC)
- Basic knowledge of courier/logistics handling
- Comfortable working with Excel / inventory / order systems
- Good communication skills for vendor and internal coordination
Preferred Skills
- Experience in D2C / e-commerce / manufacturing setup
- Familiarity with Shopify or order management systems
- Understanding of QC processes in production environments
