About the Role
We are hiring Lead Generation Specialists for a B2B Sales role. This is a pure hunting role involving email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and outbound calling.
The role requires high activity levels, strong communication skills, and a target-driven approach to identify potential clients and generate qualified business leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through emails, LinkedIn, databases, and outbound calling
- Identify and connect with decision-makers
- Explain company solutions and generate client interest
- Schedule meetings with potential clients
- Follow up with prospects regularly
- Maintain accurate prospect data in CRM systems
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
Candidate Profile
- 0 to 3 years of experience in:

- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach
