Position: Embroidery Machine Puncher
Location: Delhi NCR

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Computer Embroidery Designer who can convert artwork and design concepts into embroidery punching files for production. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of embroidery machines, stitch types, fabric behavior, and embroidery finishing to ensure high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities
- Create embroidery punching programs/files for computerized embroidery machines
- Convert artworks, motifs, and sketches into production-ready embroidery layouts
- Select suitable stitch types, densities, underlays, and sequencing based on fabric and design requirements
- Develop embroidery samples for cushions, curtains, upholstery fabrics, and other home furnishing products
- Coordinate with the design team for embroidery developments and corrections
- Optimize designs for production efficiency and minimum thread breakage
- Ensure embroidery quality, accuracy, finishing, and machine compatibility
- Handle resizing, editing, and modifications in existing punch files
- Troubleshoot embroidery issues during sampling and production
- Maintain embroidery file records and development libraries
Required Skills
- Knowledge of embroidery punching software such as Wilcom, Tajima, Pulse, or similar
- Understanding of embroidery techniques, stitch effects, appliqué, sequins, cording, etc.
- Knowledge of different fabrics, yarns, backing materials, and embroidery applications
- Ability to understand repeat layouts and placement embroidery
- Strong attention to detail and finishing quality
- Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in home furnishing or decorative textile embroidery preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet development timelines
