About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in user management and talent acquisition, providing an excellent foundation for a career in Human Resources. You will work alongside experienced HR professionals and contribute directly to key people-operations functions.
Key Responsibilities
User Management
- Maintain and update employee records, profiles, and HR databases with accurate, current information.
- Assist in onboarding new hires — prepare documentation, coordinate system access, and conduct orientation sessions.
- Support offboarding processes including exit interviews, record archival, and access revocation.
- Monitor and manage employee data integrity across HR systems and platforms.
- Respond to internal queries related to HR policies, benefits, and employee records.
Talent Acquisition
- Assist in drafting and publishing job postings across various job boards and social media channels.
- Screen incoming applications and resumes, and coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure candidate data is up to date.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and provide shortlisted candidates to the recruitment team.
- Support employer branding initiatives including career fairs, campus outreach, and social media presence.
- Prepare offer letters, background check initiations, and pre-employment documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
Required:
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- High level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail when handling confidential information.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹24,266.16 per month
