Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound enquiries from UK customers for holiday packages.
Understand each customer's requirements, budget and travel style, and recommend suitable destinations and packages.
Build customised itineraries and prepare accurate, competitive quotations.
Follow up on leads promptly and consistently to convert enquiries into bookings.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
Manage the end-to-end booking process and keep customers updated throughout.
Coordinate with operations and supplier teams to confirm bookings.
Maintain accurate records ofleads, quotes and bookings in the CRM.
Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in travel/holiday package sales, ideally handling UK customers.
Proven ability to handle UK customers for holiday packages, with a strong sales and conversion track record.
Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, customer-friendly telephone manner.
Strong knowledge ofholiday packages, itineraries, hotels and transfers.
Confident, target-driven and skilled at negotiation and closing.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working an afternoon shift (1:00 PM start) to align with UK customer hours.
Familiarity with travel CRM/booking tools is an advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
