CENTRE OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Samã Birthing and Beyond (SBB) is a studio dedicated to providing holistic support for parents-to-be, new parents, and their growing families, through prenatal fitness, pregnancy fitness, and postnatal fitness programs, yoga sessions for women, educational workshops, and personalised consults. We also host occasional play dates for toddlers under 18 months. We're looking for a proactive Centre Operations Executive to run the day-to-day functioning of the studio, manage client experience, and keep the Sama App and centre operations running smoothly.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Administrative & Client Database
- Maintain an up-to-date client database on the Sama App, managing preferences and requirements (e.g., prenatal, pregnancy, and postnatal fitness options, and toddler play date interest).
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain usage records for reporting.
2. Client Communication & Engagement
- Reach out to new clients, sharing details about SBB's information sessions, prenatal/pregnancy/postnatal fitness sessions, yoga sessions, and toddler play dates.
- Regularly follow up with new and existing clients to encourage engagement in sessions, workshops, and renewals.
- Send reminders for fitness session renewals, trial sessions, and upcoming play dates.
3. Centre & Studio Operations
- Oversee day-to-day functioning of the studio, including class schedules, room readiness, and equipment/props for each session type.
- Coordinate with trainers and facilitators to ensure sessions, workshops, and play dates run on time and smoothly.
- Plan and organise logistics for toddler play dates (under 18 months), including venue set-up, safety checks, scheduling, and vendor/supply coordination.
- Organise logistics for workshops, special sessions, and SBB-branded props and materials.
- Manage the front desk and walk-in enquiries, ensuring a warm, organised welcome for visiting clients.
4. Trainer & Staff Coordination
- Coordinate trainer schedules and monitor attendance across fitness, yoga, and workshop sessions.
- Support onboarding of new trainers/instructors, including paperwork and orientation to studio processes.
5. Billing, Payments & Client Feedback
- Collect payments for sessions and packages, issue receipts, and reconcile daily collections.
- Manage petty cash and maintain basic expense records for the centre.
- Collect client feedback and resolve service issues, escalating to management where necessary.
6. Community & Client Servicing
- Maintain relationships with existing partner brands and apply the monthly referral codes shared with the Sama community.
- Share and promote CAPPA (Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association) courses, providing clients with relevant information and benefits.
- Support the website's monthly schedule updates, and flag or fix any functionality issues related to session availability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of basic tech tools (WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, CRM systems, Excel, Word Doc).
- Comfortable using apps/software for scheduling, attendance, and client management.
- Warm, approachable personality with a service-first mindset.
- Strong organisational skills, hands-on approach to on-ground event/session set-up, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
Work Days & Timing:
- 6 Days a Week
- 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (some flexibility required during events and play dates)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
