We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Tele-Sales Team Lead to manage and lead our telesales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, improving conversion rates, mentoring team members, and driving revenue growth.
This role requires strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and the ability to handle high-pressure targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and manage a team of telesales executives (5–15 members)
- Allocate daily/weekly targets and ensure achievement
- Monitor call performance and conversion ratios
- Motivate team members to meet and exceed targets
- Handle escalated client queries and objections
- Develop effective sales scripts and strategies
- Conduct daily performance reviews and team meetings
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Revenue generated by the team
- Lead-to-sale conversion ratio
- Average sales per executive
- Follow-up and closure efficiency
- Team attendance & productivity
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in telesales / telemarketing
- Minimum 1 year experience as Team Lead (preferred)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills (Tamil & English mandatory; Hindi is a plus)
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
