Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata (Work from Office)
Experience: 1–2 Years (Voice Process/BPO/Customer Support)
Salary: Up to 15-18k In-Hand (Based on Experience)
Job Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in Voice Process, Customer Support, or BPO
Upselling/Cross-selling experience is mandatory
Excellent customer handling and communication skills
Mandatory Languages: English, Hindi, & Bengali
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Details:
Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
