- Sales Team Support: Coordinating schedules, managing and preparing sales bills and reports .
- Order Processing: Processing orders promptly, monitoring shipping schedules, and handling invoicing or PO.
- Customer Service: Serving as a primary point of contact to resolve inquiries, complaints, and provide product availability updates.
- Communication Bridge: Acting as a liaison between sales, marketing, finance, and logistics departments.
- Data Management: Updating and maintaining accurate customer databases and sales records.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) .
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Loading: Chemical can despatching and courier follow up.
