Skill Set Required
* Familiarity with the socio-political dynamics of coal and mining regions
* Thorough knowledge of Indian mining laws, regulations, and the clearance process
* Past association with Coal India or its subsidiaries is a necessity
Responsibilities
* Oversee the preparation and submission of all necessary applications for mining leases, environmental clearances, forest clearances, and other statutory permits
* Ensure all mining operations are in strict compliance with the Mines Act, Coal Mines Regulations
* Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with government officials, local communities.
* Handle Monthly billing of OBR and coal transportation work
* Must have in depth knowledge of contract handling from commencement to closure
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
