Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls/emails.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospect engagement to final contract negotiation and closing.
- Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of our product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively pitch solutions to clients.
- Customer Consultations: Assess customer needs, provide tailored recommendations, and conduct engaging virtual product demos.
- CRM Maintenance: Maintain and expand your database of prospects, ensuring all interactions and follow-ups are accurately documented in our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing team on lead-nurturing campaigns and route highly complex opportunities to senior sales staff when necessary.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Internship
- Education: A2 German Language Level.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; strong phone presence and comfortable dialing high volumes daily.
- Tech Savviness: Proficiency with corporate productivity tools, web presentation platforms (Zoom, MS Teams), and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Soft Skills: Strong listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a relentless drive to achieve goals.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
