Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our clients and internal teams with administrative, operational, and back-office tasks. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support
- Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling activities.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
Client Coordination
- Act as a point of contact for assigned clients.
- Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and project updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely task completion.
- Maintain professional client relationships.
Back Office Operations
- Data entry and database management.
- Document preparation and record keeping.
- CRM updates and maintenance.
- Process tracking and reporting.
Communication & Coordination
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Coordinate between executives, clients, and team members.
- Provide timely updates and status reports.

Eligibility Criteria
