We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Physics Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of physics concepts at both the school and competitive exam (JEE/NEET) level, with the ability to make complex topics engaging and accessible for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality physics lessons aligned with the curriculum for grades 11 and 12
- Teach core physics topics including Mechanics, Electrodynamics, Optics, Thermodynamics, and Modern Physics, with depth suited to competitive exam standards
- Build problem-solving speed and conceptual clarity for JEE/NEET-style numerical and application-based questions
- Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and mock exams
- Identify students who need additional support and provide remedial guidance
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic progress
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school activities
- Collaborate with fellow educators to improve teaching strategies and exam outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics or a related field (B.Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc Physics)
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the 11th/12th or JEE/NEET coaching level (freshers with strong subject mastery may also apply)
- Prior experience teaching IIT-JEE aspirants, or having studied at an IIT/top engineering institute, strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify advanced physics for exam-takers
- Patience, creativity, and a student-first approach
