Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting entries including sales, purchases, expenses, and receipts
- Prepare customer invoices, quotations, and follow-up for payments
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Handle GST filings, TDS entries, and basic tax‑related documentation
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain petty cash records
- Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and credit notes
- Track order expenses and profitability for gifting projects
- Maintain inventory records related to gifting items and packaging materials
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports for management
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies
- Support the finance team during audits and financial reviews
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or relevant field
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in accounting (experience in gifting or merchandising industry is a plus)
- Proficiency in Tally
- Strong understanding of GST, invoicing, and basic taxation
- Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Good communication and vendor‑coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
