Role Overview
The Front Office GSA is responsible for providing excellent guest service at the front desk. The role involves handling guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, assisting guests with inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience throughout the guest’s stay.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Operations
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage room reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
- Ensure accurate guest registration and room assignments.
- Maintain proper records of guest details, billing, and payments.
Guest Service
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Provide information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service at all times.
Coordination with Departments
- Coordinate with Housekeeping for room readiness and cleaning status.
- Communicate guest requests to relevant departments such as F&B or maintenance.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments for guest needs.
Administrative Duties
- Handle cash, card, and online payment transactions accurately.
- Maintain front desk records, logs, and daily reports.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of hotel PMS systems.
- Presentable personality with a customer service mindset.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
