Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should be dedicated to nurturing young learners and creating a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment.
Requirements:
NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) Certificate is mandatory.
Prior preschool teaching experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be fluent in Hindi (compulsory).
Knowledge of English, Kannada, and Tamil is preferred.
Passion for working with young children and supporting their overall development.
Ability to plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities.
Good classroom management and organizational skills.
Positive attitude, patience, creativity, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
Monitor and support children's learning and development.
Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their child's progress.
Participate in school events, meetings, and training programs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
