Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, nurturing, and creative Preschool Teacher to provide a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate educational activities that support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver interactive lessons and activities aligned with the preschool curriculum.
- Foster a positive, caring, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess children's progress and maintain developmental records.
- Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all children at all times.
- Develop children's language, literacy, numeracy, motor, and social skills through play-based learning.
- Manage classroom behavior positively and effectively.
- Prepare teaching materials, learning aids, and classroom displays.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress and development.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and training programs.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and learning resources.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management to achieve academic objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- NTT, D.El.Ed., B.Ed., Montessori Training, or equivalent certification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in preschool or early childhood education.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and a passion for teaching may also apply.

Working Conditions
- Full-time position.
- Six-day working week (as per school policy).
- Participation in school functions, events, and training sessions as required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
