We are seeking a talented and creative Director to lead video production projects, including advertisements, digital content, and short-form storytelling. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, storytelling ability, and experience managing shoots from concept to final output.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the creative direction of video projects from ideation to execution
· Interpret scripts and develop engaging visual narratives
· Collaborate with writers, cinematographers, editors, and creative teams
· Direct actors and ensure strong on-screen performances
· Plan and oversee pre-production (storyboarding, shot division, casting, locations)
· Manage on-set production including camera, lighting, and execution
· Work closely with the post-production team to maintain quality and consistency
· Ensure timely delivery of projects within deadlines
Requirements
· 3–5 years of experience as a Director / Assistant Director / Filmmaker
· Strong portfolio (ads, reels, short films, or web series)
· Good understanding of camera work, framing, lighting, and editing
· Ability to handle multiple projects and tight timelines
· Strong leadership and communication skills
Qualifications
· Proven experience as a Director or in a similar leadership role in video production
· Demonstrated ability to lead creative teams and manage end-to-end production workflows
· Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling, visual direction, and successful projects
· Experience handling on-set decision-making, problem-solving, and team coordination
