Job Summary:-
We are seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Care Executive to join our US Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience handling customer interactions in a voice-based customer support environment, preferably supporting US customers. The role involves resolving customer queries, providing excellent service, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow company guidelines, compliance requirements, and customer service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a US Customer Care Voice Process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Neutral accent and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and empathetically.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to work in US
