We are looking for an experienced Organic Vegetable Sourcing Executive/Manager to identify, develop, and manage suppliers and farmers for organic vegetables. The candidate should have strong knowledge of agricultural procurement, vendor management, price negotiation, quality control, and supply chain coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source organic vegetables from farmers, FPOs, and vendors.
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships.
- Negotiate pricing and procurement contracts.
- Ensure quality standards and timely deliveries.
- Monitor market trends and availability.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams.
Requirements:
- Experience in vegetable/agriculture sourcing and procurement.
- Knowledge of organic farming and supply chains.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Willingness to travel for supplier development.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
