Job Summary:
The Salon Administrator oversees daily salon operations, manages appointments, supports customers, handles billing, maintains records, and ensures smooth coordination between staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage appointments and customer inquiries.
- Handle billing, cash, and daily reports.
- Maintain customer records and inventory.
- Coordinate staff schedules and attendance.
- Support vendors and purchase requests.
- Ensure excellent customer service and smooth salon operations.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma preferred.
- 0–3 years of administrative or front desk experience.
