The Role & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a versatile social media executive to manage and elevate our digital presence across multiple channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and WhatsApp).
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Content & Strategy: Conducting thorough content research and performance analysis to scale our reach.
- Visual Creation: Graphic designing and high-quality video editing (Reels, Shorts, and aesthetic brand content).
- Performance Marketing: Setting up, managing, and optimizing Meta Ads to drive conversions.
- E-commerce & Tech: Assisting with e-commerce website designing and implementing SEO best practices.
- Growth & Automation: Executing email marketing campaigns and leveraging modern AI tools to optimize creative workflows.
Candidate Requirements :
- Experience : Fresher to 1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Skills: Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva/Photoshop), video editing apps, Meta Ads Manager, and basic e-commerce operations. A strong grasp of the sustainable fashion landscape is a major plus.
- Salary : As per market norms (commensurate with skills and experience).
