Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative 3D Visualizer to transform architectural and interior concepts into photorealistic 3D renders. The ideal candidate must excel in spatial visualization, complex furniture modeling, lighting, and high-end rendering techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality photorealistic 3D renders for residential and commercial architectural & interior projects.
- Perform detailed custom furniture modeling based on design drawings, CAD layouts, and reference images.
- Setup realistic lighting, texturing, camera angles, and material mapping.
- Post-process raw renders using image editing tools for presentation-ready outputs.
- Collaborate closely with interior designers and architects to meet project timelines.
Key Requirements & Technical Skills
- Software Expertise: Expert proficiency in 3ds Max and V-Ray (Corona Renderer is a plus).
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in 3D visualization within the interior design or architectural sector.
- Specialized Skill: Strong expertise in Furniture Modeling and detail-oriented mesh creation.
- Good understanding of CAD drawings, spatial planning, and scale proportion.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines with high accuracy.
