Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tele Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, generate leads, and promote our products and services over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build strong customer relationships while achieving assigned performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products and services to customers and address their queries.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly performance targets.
- Prepare daily call reports and sales activity updates.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good customer handling and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Tele Sales, Customer Service, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Salary
15k-25k
Pay: ₹10,880.55 - ₹25,016.79 per month
